This website is operated by Central Sofas Limited, trading as Central Sofas, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC862513), registered office Gospel Hall, Bentfoot Road, Overtown, ML2 0QE. By using the website you agree to these terms of use.
Buying online
You can buy sofas through this website. When you pay through our secure checkout (provided by Stripe), we'll email you a confirmation and contact you to arrange delivery or collection from our showroom at Bentfoot Road, Overtown ML2 0QE. You can also buy in the showroom, or by phone or WhatsApp. Our terms of sale, including delivery, cancellation and returns, are given to you with your order; please ask if you'd like a copy in advance.
Product information and prices
We work hard to keep product details, dimensions, photos and prices accurate and up to date, but stock changes quickly, especially for ex-display sofas. Colours can look different on screen, and dimensions may vary slightly. If you have any doubt, please confirm availability, dimensions and delivery with us before you order. Prices are in pounds sterling. If we find an error in the price or description of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before going ahead.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you buy online you also have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including in most cases the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods.
